I had my property listed with another real estate agency and it sat on the market with only a hand full of showings.  I was not that familiar with the real estate market so I had to depend on the advice of the realtors.  I had no success and the price on my property kept being lowered.  After it had expired from the market went to John and he gave me an honest market analysis of what the value of my home was.  We then listed it at a price that I was comfortable with and with in 90 days it was sold for the most I could get.  He really understood the market and educated me.  He is still in contact with me even though I am in Florida so I have also gained a friend.
